Course Description/Purpose

• Biomedical sciences provide an understanding of human body and the way it works.
• These involve areas such as Anatomy, Biochemistry, Ergonomics, Microbiology, Pathology, Pharmacology and Physiology.
• All students will be trained not only in biomedical research skill but also basic and advance knowledge in biomedical field.
• Graduates are prepared for pursue professions allied with biomedical research.
• The curriculum aims to produce flexible and well informed graduates with specific training in a wide range of biomedical applications of the basic sciences.
• The course will provide strategic training in the fundamentals of biomedical science and a unique blend of genome science, biotechnology and bioinformatics.
